Boyd Not Performing

Hi Boyd,

I suspended the death fast a few days ago scheduled in front of your apartment to being tomorrow morning at 9 a. m. because I wanted to give you an opportunity to prove you were improving, after my little Come-to-Jesus email, immediately after which you calmly agreed to pay my business partner and I.  

I'm not hearing anything about a settlement on the final 12 loads.  The last load we hauled for you was January 3, 2016, only because you were falling farther and farther behind the 30 day contract's agreement.  

Now, we jumped through all the hoops that were agreed upon way back in October and November.  We even sent you the logs that you told us to keep early on.  

We are now 34 days past the last day we hauled a load for you.  Do the next right thing, and I'll be happy with you.  If you don't step up and do the right thing, you are not gonna want to meet a man in a bed sheet fasting to death at your place the next time I'm in town.

Six More Loads Paid

I'm informed that we moved today from 18 outstanding loads to 12 loads, 6 being paid today.  It appears that my Come-to-Jesus email to Boyd may have had an impact several days ago, as he gave assurances shortly after that he would be paying us everything we are owed.

I am suspending the death fast for now, previously scheduled for Feb. 8th, as I believe sufficient attention is being given to our need to be paid the money we worked for and are owed.

I would simply repeat what I told Boyd in that email:  "Do the next right thing," and life will be the best it can be.

One Week from Death Fast

Dear Halliburton Board:

One week from the expected death fast at XX Transport's apartment entrance in Mansfield, TX, I am informed that we are still about 21 tickets from being paid off.

Our last load was hauled for them on January 3, 2016, as we were unable over many weeks to secure payment for our services in a timely manner.

I am not hearing of any updates on expected payment, so I see no alternative but to push forward with the death fast at 9 a. m. on Monday, February 8, 2016.

Yes, it is a private dispute that involves your valued stakeholders.  Thank you for your quick resolve to protect stakeholders in your operation.

We have been given assurances by Boyd that we will be paid:  check's in the mail kind of thing.  I'm still keeping Feb. 8, 2016 at 9 am open on my calendar for the death fast in front of his apartment complex, however.

On Monday, January 18, 2016, Halliburton suspended RL Transportation owned by Boyd Liner of Mansfield, Texas from working in the Oil Field for them, after Gene K. Chapman (aka:  "The American Gandhi") contacted the board over the weekend with a copy of his complaint to the Texas Attorney General's Office.

On Tuesday, the Texas Attorney General's Office notified Mr. Chapman that an investigation was underway.

Halliburton Suspended Boyd's Trucking Company on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016

I want to honor the fine decision of Halliburton management to suspend Boyd's trucking company only a day or two after I notified them of the issues herein.

Update:  Boyd afterward indicated that he would never pay us.  Later, I sent him the following email and all went well from there:  we are to be paid in full now.

Hi Boyd,

I work for the Living God, whose name is Truth Only.  The reason God sent me into your life is because you are a thief, and God love thieves.  You have no control that God does not wish to give you, and I am well versed in his ways for many years.   

I've been tripping you up the past few days to knock off all the pride in you and get you to your knees before God, who loves you and wants to improve your situation longterm.   

God has a boy named, Jesus.  Jesus gave us some interesting words in "The Sermon On The Mount" (Matthew 5-7).  I hope you will read them over and over.  They will give you peace.

Once you are ready to live an honorable life before this God, I will be your best friend.  

What you must do is to do the next right thing every moment of life.

Update on Death Fast Preparation in Mansfield, Texas

Well, it turns out that the main office of XXXXXX Transportation is an apartment complex off State Hwy. 360 in Mansfield, Texas.   There may be a parking issue, so we will get with the apartment complex tomorrow to see where we can park.

If not, Texas State Troopers will have to provide police traffic protection for the 1st Amendment activity.  All those lights and wasted tax payer money just to get what I worked for.  The good citizens of Texas will not be amused at Boyd.

It was a great pleasure to meet with you in the IRS lobby there in Washington back on Sept. 2, 2005, as I remember.  I've grown to understand the issue I have with the IRS is more to do with the central banks of the Rothchild family than your group.  So my attentions are moving away from the IRS, a simple enforcement arm of the Rothchild mafia, an imposed slavery upon the American people by corrupt politicians in Washington taking Rothchild money and influence over our interests.  

To another note, while I'm not a fan of the personal income tax, I do respect that you folks at the IRS do a great job of ferreting out crooks (i. e. Al Capone).

Eric Issue

Hi Boyd:

Eric asked me to include his $1500 last check into my work.  And I agreed this afternoon to take it on, as I am concerned that Eric is in a depression over the issue that might put him in a prison cell were he to use his skill set to resolve the matter with you. 

I think he had some kind of "little brother love for big brother" attachment to you at one point, and his faith in you and people in general has been crushed.  

I'll be including his $1500 dispute into the Death Fast that will being in front of your home on Feb. 7, 2016 at 9 am sharp.  

One another note, I'm getting my staff to put together a list of Halliburton, J. B. Hunt and Exxon Mobil top executives to get on the blog, so we don't have to bring them up to speed Feb. 7th.  We'll be contacting them next Monday.

Are there any names of executives you would like me to contact?  I'll be happy to include them in my prosecution of the case against you before the whole Internet, legal and media world.

I've threatened to "beat no ones ass," and you're not gonna beat my ass either, as you assert.

I do hope you pay us Friday, but I've been hearing that for 30 days, past due, for several months.

All I'm going to do is run you out of trucking by a simple Gandhian tactic (fasting in front of your home until the bill is paid or I'm dead), if you continue to put my business partner and I on the back burner, as I hear is so common with you.   The police and media will be present, I'm guessing.

When you pay what is mine, I'll end this blog posting.

Before you think you are wiser than I, I suggest you contact the FBI in Dallas or Washington D. C. or the IRS and Treasury in Washington D. C.   I will get done what I say I will get done, nonviolently with a smile on my face, and you will watch in awe as your life and business falls apart.

Death Fast to begin In Front Of Boyd's Home Weekend of Feb. 5th

Fast In Front of Boyd's Home/ Pay Me My Money Death Fast

Hi Warren:

I'm thinking the death fast should begin the weekend of Feb. 5th in front of Boyd's home. We will need to make fliers and contact the media.

I need some bed sheets to turn in dhotis (Gandhian clothing). I'll need sandals and plenty of fuel in my car to be able to get warm when it gets freezing.

My longest fast was 40 days at the IRS Regional Center in Austin in 2003, and I did a total of 123 days of fasting that year, so it should take me about 60 days to die, I expect.
