Boyd and Leslie XXXX, an XTO, J. B Hunt and Halliburton contractor at XXXX Transport, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Mansfield, Texas XXXXX are charging my business partner and I a 2% factoring fee on each truck load of sand or dry van freight we haul for them since October 29, 2015. This is done in order to trade the tickets to a third party for cash payment to Boyd, so that he may then pay my partner and I immediately (within 30 days, according to contract). They are evidently holding payment for their own business operations, and I believe this to be a fraud. They are sucking in new victims to support this psudo-pyramid in the Oil Patch of Texas each day, as the 'theft of service' continues. They have a record of nonpayment and slow payment, so we severed our business relationship with them on January 4, 2016.
